8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your Winner Club account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Winner Club reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reporting of fraudulent or illegal activity
